Hunters Run Lesson Program Policy - updated 1/4/2013
Hunters Run Stables (HRS) is a full service professional equestrian stable, offering the very best in training and instruction. Hunters Run is now limiting the number of students we enroll. If space is not available, riders will be put on a waiting list on a first come, first serve basis and will be contacted as space becomes available.
Hunters Run is a year round equestrian center. Lessons are held Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. In the event of extreme weather conditions, your instructor will contact you to reschedule your lesson.
Commitment and Scheduling
Our students must commit to a weekly lesson. You will be given a time slot
which is your lesson time every week. If your lesson day falls on a Holiday,
your instructor will contact you regarding rescheduling. As each student
progresses, your instructor may contact you regarding a time change.
HRS does not offer monthly or every other week scheduling and can not accommodate students unable to commit to at least one weekly lesson.

The type of lesson is determined by judging the age of the rider and any past experience by our trainers.
HRS offers a $5.00 per lesson discount for group lessons which are paid the month in advance on the first lesson of the month. Most months have 4 lesson days in the month at the rate of $140.00 per month. Occasionally, there will be 5 lesson days in a month at a rate of $175.00 per month. If you chose to pay on a weekly basis, the cost per lesson will not include the $5.00 per lesson discount. No discounts for private or semi-private lessons. Paying weekly does not exclude you from taking a weekly lesson, nor does it exclude you from paying for your lesson if you cancel within the 24 hour time frame.
You are welcome to bring/use your own horse or ride one of our school horses.

For lessons, please print and fill out our registration form. Because of the popularity of our lesson program, all students are now required to sign our lesson contract.
Rescheduling
Lessons may be rescheduled provided you notify your instructor at least
24hrs. in advance. A make-up lesson will be assigned at the convenience of
your instructor. Any lesson cancelled, for any reason, within 24 hours
prior to the lesson time will be required to pay for the missed lesson
regardless of the payment method.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate students rescheduling more than 2 times in a 6 month period.
